MTT Telescopic Track Gate

The MTT telescopic track slide gate is ideal for areas with there is a restricted run-off area to accommodate the gate length requirement. The advantage of the telescopic design is that it allows approximately twice the opening width into a reduced run-off space.

Construction
Fully welded Australian made RHS steel is used in the gate frame, back runner and support posts, with 25 x 25mm RHS uprights and welded mesh panels. All fabricated steel is hot dipped galvanized for total protection and maximum life span. The MTT Sliding gate allows for single leaf spans of up to 7 metres. Powder coating is optional from a wide selection of powder coating colours. All rollers are supplied with sealed ball bearings which are designed to exceed gate loads and are capable of 100% duty cycle.

Drive System
The construction of the MTT gate system allows for a variety of motors and controllers to be used dependant on the required duty cycle of the gate. A typical motor drive supplied by Magnetic Automation is the MSL20. A robust 3 Phase AC motor with a worm gear drive provides the linear movement of the slide gate through a gear wheel and a straight rack mounted to the gate. The drive system is designed for gates up to 600kg and speeds of up to 500mm/sec.  Please contact your local Magnetic Automation office for further details.
