This scope statement is applicable to all business sectors of HTS, listed below:
Parking & Access Control
HTS Group's ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Management Systems have been designed to ensure excellence in the production, installation, service and maintenance of its business sectors. This work is undertaken throughout New Zealand & Australia. The Auckland & Wellington operations are certified and the Melbourne operation follows the same Management Systems.
The management systems are characterised by their alignment with the business’s needs and those of its shareholders, customers, people, suppliers & the government. Their aim is to continue to deliver superior product & customer service with a return on investment, being proactive in addressing future trends, opportunities & economic environments, whilst at all times operating in a safe and responsible manner.
The H&S Management systems objective is to ensure that we operate a safe work environment where quality is paramount & we all go home at the end of the day safe & well having looked after ourselves, our customers & our environment.
The Quality Management System allows the company to adapt to competitor movements and technological innovations. HTS Group Ltd provide production, installation and maintenance of systems and products relating to its business sectors. HTS do not carry out design activities, as the design process is managed by our clients.
Our Environmental Management System commitments include enhancement of environmental performance and achievement of environmental objectives.
Due to the nature of our business, HTS has a low environmental risk level. Our significant environmental impacts come from CO2 emissions from our vehicles and waste generation from installation and maintenance jobs. Through various EMS Objectives and KPIs, HTS Group is making a concerted effort to reduce our carbon footprint, including recycling programs for scrap metal, e-waste & paper
Where contractors are engaged by HTS, and do not have their own SHEQ management systems, they are subject to HTS processes and procedures. Contractors are expected to complete evaluation documentation and provide insurance information when requested.
