With more than 15 qualified and trained staff in the Auckland region we have sufficient depth and breadth of technical resources to meet the requirements of this contract. To back up our Auckland resources we have a further eight technical staff based in Wellington.
Our staff resources range from service technicians through to qualified electrical engineers, systems engineers and software developers, most of whom have been with us for eight years or more. We have advanced technical capability in the key areas of electronics and telemetry. We have developed and implemented numerous innovations in traffic engineering, such as the Auckland Transport Parking Guidance System, a real time parking space availability information system for Auckland City carpark buildings, and the integration of adaptive time settings for signals through optical detection of pedestrians at signalised crossings.
